About the Conference

The National BioMed Health ResearchCon (NBHRC) 2025 is a pioneering national-level conference dedicated to fostering research and interdisciplinary collaboration among MBBS, BDS, and undergraduate biomedical sciences students across Bangladesh.

Conference Agenda
DAY 1 (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Registration & Morning Coffee
Collect your conference kit, network, and enjoy refreshments.
Session 1: Inauguration & Welcome Address
Official opening, setting the tone and objectives for NBHRC ’25.
Session 2: Keynote Address: Frontiers in Biomedical Research
An insightful talk by a distinguished expert on current breakthroughs and future directions.
Session 3: Oral Paper Presentations (Part I)
Selected participants present their research (Approx. 7 presentations, 10 mins each + 3 mins Q&A). Chaired by esteemed moderators. Comments and active participation encouraged.
Session 4: Research Proposal Pitches
Showcasing innovative research ideas and proposals from participants.
Session 5: Interactive Poster Session & Wall Magazine Display (on premises) and Journal Club Competition & One-Minute Video Challenge (in auditorium)
Engage with presenters, discuss research posters, and view creative wall magazines. Also take part in exciting journal club competition and One-minute Video Challenge.
Networking Luncheon
An opportunity to connect with peers, speakers, and experts over lunch.
Session 6: Preliminary Rounds: Quiz Contest & Research Olympiad
The qualifying rounds for our flagship academic competitions.
DAY 2 (8:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Session 1: Morning Coffee & Final Round: Biomedical Quiz
Start the day with refreshments and witness the thrilling finale of the quiz competition.
Session 2: Thematic Workshop / Special Interest Group (SIG) Activities
Engaging activities or a focused workshop (e.g., “Research Ethics in Practice”, “Grant Writing Tips” – suggested by Ramisa, final topic TBD).
Session 3: Panel Discussion: “The Future of Biomedical Innovation”
In-depth discussions with a panel of experts on emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities. Audience Q&A encouraged.
Session 4: Valedictory Ceremony & Awards Distribution
Conference wrap-up, announcement of winners (Quiz, Olympiad, etc.), distribution of certificates, crests, and potential grant acknowledgments. Closing remarks.
Farewell Lunch Distribution
Concluding the conference with a distributed lunch.
